How far is the resort from Mumbai & Pune?
Shauryawada Alibag is a short ferry ride from Mumbai (via Mandwa Jetty) or a few hours’ drive from Pune. Mumbai airport is 88 km away, Pen railway station 17.6 km, and Alibaug bus stand 18.8 km. All major Alibag beaches are about 20 minutes away.
How many guests can stay overnight, and how many can attend events?
Approximately 90–100 guests can stay overnight across 22 rooms and two 10-bed dormitories. For floating events — the ceremony, reception or sangeet — the property comfortably hosts 800 to 1,000 guests.
Can we bring our own caterer or decorator?
Yes. You can work with our curated in-house team, build a fully custom menu with us, or bring your preferred caterer and decorator, subject to venue guidelines. Your wedding should look and taste like yours.
What happens if it rains?
Celebrations don’t stop with the weather. The banquet hall and covered spaces serve as elegant backups for outdoor functions, and our team plans the layout around the season with you.
Is a full property buyout possible?
Yes — this is our signature offering. With a complete buyout, all 22 rooms, the lawn, poolside, banquet and every corner of Shauryawada belong to your families for the weekend. No outside guests, total privacy.
Are pets allowed?
We’re a pet-friendly resort — pets are welcome across the outdoor areas, though not inside the rooms.
